Born at the end of 2003, it is the fruit of the combined visions of musicians Ajja S.F. Leu, Dj Gaspard, Master Margherita & visual artist Tanina Munchkina. Besides the obvious intention of releasing quality music, the main aims of the label are the promotion of Swiss artists on the international scene as well as the chance for talented upcoming producers, both Swiss & international, to release their work worldwide. Though mainly oriented towards full-on night-time trance, Peak has also embarked on a series of chill journeys. Its first chapters have received many praises & are widely appreciated by the lovers of more down tempo tunes. From these humble beginnings, Peak Records has grown to be a well-established label with an increasing number of followers & a solid reputation that has offered many artists the chance to share their music with the rest of the world. Artist Info: Master Margherita, is a musician based in Switzerland. Since 1988, he has been very active in the european music scene where his first steps were as a bass player in various Rock’n’Roll bands. But in 1994 he started composing tracks which mixed and matched live instruments with all sorts of electronic « devices ». This experimentation saw a change of musical direction for him into the world of « ambient » soundscapes. Since then his talent has been appreciated in many styles, from french text songs, to experimental techno, via ethnic grooves and reggae. In 2003, with trance dj - Gaspard, musician - Ajja S.F.Leu and artist - Tanina Munchkina, he took part in the creation of PEAK records (the first Swiss psychedelic trance label). Peak records is now one of the top underground labels, with over 10 releases (compilations, artist albums – all psychedelic trance or chill out / ethno ambient). Master Margherita has collaborated in all sorts of artistic creations where music is involved, including music for theatres, documentaries, fiction movies, labels, and many multimedia performances. Estou a gostar! ...porque as únicas pessoas autênticas, para mim, são as loucas, as que estão loucas por viver, loucas por falar, loucas por serem salvas, desejosas de tudo ao mesmo tempo, as que não bocejam nem dizem nenhum lugar-comum, mas ardem, ardem, ardem como fabulosas grinaldas amarelas de fogo-de-artifício a explodir, semelhantes a aranhas, através das estrelas, e no meio vê-se o clarão azul a estourar e toda a gente exclama Aaaah!
